Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once it is with the carrier, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order ships.

We offer complimentary shipping on all subscription orders within the United States. One-time purchases have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number. Use that link to follow your package from our facility to your doorstep.

There is a small window to make changes before processing. If you need to update your address, please contact our team immediately. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot reroute it on our end.

Currently, Xtressé is available for purchase and shipment within the United States only. We are focused on maintaining the highest service standards for our domestic network.

We can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Please allow additional delivery time for these addresses, as carrier processing may take a bit longer than standard residential deliveries.

Returns

We stand behind every formulation we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase made through our website, you can request a return within 30 days of your delivery date.

A Free Return applies when the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging, when it is defective or damaged on arrival, or when the wrong item was shipped due to our error. We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost and issue a full refund. A Return at Company Discretion applies when the product has been opened, an adverse reaction occurs, or a product quality concern arises. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will need photos and a detailed reason from the customer.

Gummies may be returned opened or unopened within 30 days of delivery. All topical products must remain unopened and in their original sealed packaging. All returns require photos and prior authorization from our returns team.

No, Xtressé gummies are sugar free and contain less than 3% sugar alcohols.

Xtressé Gummies for Hair are formulated by leading dermatologists, hair specialists, and scientists.
