Dr. Spencer Hawkins is a dermatologist and MOHS surgeon with expertise in hair restoration. He trained at Wake Forest School of Medicine, receiving a Sulzberger Institute Grant and completed his residency at the University of Michigan. He holds fellowships in MOHS surgery and hair restoration, plus an ASLMS preceptorship in cosmetic dermatology at Harvard. A speaker at major conferences and a prolific writer, he’s featured in top journals and media. Known for his Instagram @cosmetic.Derm, he also founded hairmedicine.org. He practices in East Greenwich, RI, and lives in Boston with his family.

Dr. Madeliene Gainers, MD, FAAD, is the founder of Madeliene Elaine, a hair restoration and dermatology practice in Chevy Chase, Maryland. She is a board certified dermatologist who earned her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. After completing her research fellowship at the Harvard Skin Disease Research Center, she went on to complete her dermatology residency at Washington University in St. Louis followed by an International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery approved hair transplantation fellowship at Bosley. She received her undergraduate degree with honors from Florida State University and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She has served as President of the Jacksonville Dermatology Society 2016/2017 and received a Presidential Citation Award at the 2017 American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting. Dr. Cheri Frey, a board-certified dermatologist and assistant professor at Howard University, chairs the dermatology section of the National Medical Association. Born in DC as a National Achievement Scholar, she studied initially at Iowa State University, then switched to medicine, earning her degree from Penn State and completing her dermatology residency at the University of Florida, where she was the first black female resident and chief resident, also earning the Outstanding Resident Teacher Award. Starting as a clinical dermatology assistant professor at the University of Florida, Dr. Frey later joined Advanced Dermatology in DC and has been in private practice before her current role at Howard University. With publications in journals and textbook chapters, she's recognized for her teaching, lecturing nationwide, and media contributions. A licensed minister and Christian, Dr. Frey enjoys time with her orthodontist husband, Brent, attending sports events, and traveling.

Trill Paullin, with a Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology and an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran, serves in the Army National Guard and leads Free to Feed as CEO. Motivated by her children's food sensitivities, she established Free to Feed to aid parents with dietary-related feeding issues. She developed an innovative at-home allergen test for breast milk, complemented by Free to Feed's educational tools, a tracking app, and personal consultations, currently in production.
