Cancellation policy

This Subscription Policy governs all subscription orders placed on https://xtresse.com/ (the "Website") operated by Restore Biologics Holdings, LLC D/B/A Xtressé (the "Company"). This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use and should be read together with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to be bound by this Subscription Policy.
I. Overview
Xtressé subscriptions let you receive your favorite products on a recurring basis at a discounted price. As a subscriber, you receive free standard shipping on every order and free return shipping on all approved returns and exchanges — no minimums, no hassle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with this policy.
II. Enrollment and Automatic Renewal
When you enroll, you'll receive your selected products on your chosen delivery frequency. Your subscription automatically renews on the first day following the end of each subscription period (the "Renewal Commencement Date") for an additional period equal to the length of your initial term, at the then-current subscription price plus applicable taxes. Free shipping is included on every subscription shipment and is applied automatically.
By subscribing, you authorize Xtressé to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period. If payment is not received, (a) you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand and/or (b) Xtressé may suspend or terminate your subscription and continue attempting to charge your payment method until payment is received.

- Free return and exchange shipping on all approved requests. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you. You will never pay to ship a product back to us.
Subscriber benefits are personal and non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated at enrollment.
IV. Subscription Pricing
Subscription pricing is disclosed at enrollment and is subject to change. We will notify you by email at least fourteen (14) days before any price increase takes effect. If you do not cancel before the next billing cycle following notification, your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing. Promotional pricing is valid for the stated term and may revert to standard subscription pricing thereafter.
V. Managing Your Subscription
You can log into your Xtressé account at https://xtresse.com/ at any time to cancel, pause, or skip your subscription, as well as make any of the following changes. You may also contact us by email at info@xtresse.com for assistance.
- Change your delivery frequency.
- Swap products within the subscription program.
- Update your shipping address.
- Update your payment method.
- Skip an upcoming shipment.
- Cancel your subscription (see Section VI).
VI. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Xtressé account at https://xtresse.com/ or by emailing info@xtresse.com. There are no cancellation fees.
Cancellation Deadline. Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled — but it may be returned under our Returns & Exchanges Policy once delivered.
After Cancellation. You keep all products already shipped and paid for. Subscription pricing and free shipping benefits no longer apply to future one-time orders placed after cancellation.
Confirmation. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email. If you don't receive one within two (2) business days, contact info@xtresse.com to confirm.
VII. Skipping a Shipment
To pause or skip an upcoming shipment, simply log into your Xtressé account at https://xtresse.com/ or email info@xtresse.com. Skip requests must be submitted before your next billing date to apply to that cycle. Your subscription resumes automatically after the skip period.
VIII. Shipment Timing
Order Processing. Subscription orders are processed on your scheduled billing date. Once processed, they cannot be modified, skipped, or canceled for that cycle. All changes must be submitted before your billing date.
Shipping. All subscription orders ship free, applied automatically. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days of processing. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Xtressé is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Notifications. You'll receive an email reminder before each upcoming charge and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Product Availability. All subscription products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable, we'll notify you and offer a delay, substitute, or refund for that cycle.
IX. Returns and Refunds on Subscription Orders
Xtressé covers all return and exchange shipping on subscription orders. If you need to return or exchange a shipment, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you at no charge. You will never pay to ship a product back to us.
Return Window. Each subscription shipment is treated as a separate order with its own thirty (30) day return window from the delivery date of that shipment.
Cancellation vs. Return. Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund on orders already shipped. To return a delivered shipment, initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
Consumed Products. Subscription orders that have been fully consumed are not eligible for return or refund.
Outbound Shipping Fees. Because all subscription orders ship free, no shipping fees will be deducted from any refund on a returned subscription order.
How to Return. Email returns@xtresse.com with subject line: "Return Request – Subscription Order #[Your Order Number]." Include your reason and photos. Our team responds within 3–4 business days. If approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you at no cost.
Exchanges. Exchanges are available in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Xtressé covers all return and outbound shipping on approved exchanges.
X. Non-Transferability
Subscription accounts, pricing, and benefits — including free outbound and return shipping — are personal and non-transferable. Discounts and promotions are available to the original enrollee only and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated at enrollment.
XI. Modifications to This Policy
Xtressé reserves the right to modify this Subscription Policy at any time by posting an amended version on the Website. Changes will be communicated via email where applicable. Your continued participation in the subscription program constitutes acceptance of the amended policy.
