I’ve been taking the gummies now for about four months. For me, at three months, I started noticing that I’d have to cut my nails twice a week, and this was not typical for me.

I get my haircut every seven weeks, and having curly or wavy hair, it’s very important to maintain a look, so it’s not knotted and ratty. My hair had grown two inches in five weeks. When I looked at the calendar, I said, “Gosh, I must be due for a haircut,” and I looked, and I had two more weeks, and I thought, “How am I going to manage this mess?” But that was a good thing, that it was growing so fast.

When he had blown it out straight, we could see all the tiny new hair growth, both at the crown and on the temples.
