Where is NAD+ found in nature?
NAD+ isn't harvested from a single plant: it exists in every living cell, from yeast to people. Your body builds its own from forms of vitamin B3 and the amino acid tryptophan found in food, and converts precursors such as NMN and NR into NAD+.
